Hello Everyone... The time has come to stop making my ricer family sedan into something it wasn't intended for (or at least something I don't want to spend more money on). I'm seriously considering joining the Suby family. Let me know if you or anyone you know of has an '04 or '05 STi for sale. Ideally a blue one.
haha..... search n00b!!! yes RoMe, this is my friend that's looking for a Suby. Believe me guys, we've searched. It's VERY alarming how many people state that their car is for sale, but won't return a call, or be willing to meet up for a viewing (not entirely related to the Subaru community mind you).
I currently drive an '02 Altima 3.5... She's a great car - complete sleeper. But ready to move on to the next level. Indeed, Ped is my friend. His car and others I've seen on the track are what have convinced me that STis are a good option! Used to drive a 1990 Laser RS Turbo (completely stock)....There's just something about being the "underdog" in a 4 cylinder!
welcome and good luck, thats a hard color to find especially on that year of an STi. we had a hard time finding a WRX in that color.
you poor poor soul another thing to check out, is CoolRex's friends WRX for sale...modded enough to whoop an STi...
05 seems to be the best of them all, unless you're tracking or driving high speeds in which the '06 is best. BrianGT will be selling his in a few weeks.
Glad to finally have you aboard! I only see one problem...if and when you do get your STi, I might finally be forced to do the same or I'm gonna be in a world of hurt at the next track day.
I'm assuming you're the friend that he was asking about my friend's white STi for sale?? if so,I would recommend that...it's in top notch shape. he's also got a MY02 WRX with Ver7 STi drivetrain in it if blue is your color
go for an evo~! i have a friend who wants to sell his 9 RS. red . 30k miles. for i think 26k. its got typical boltons... tbe mbc about 340 awhp advan rims 18" free tune for life.(ask him about details) its immaculate. its cleaner than my car. thats all i need to say. lol
Lol damn you WIll that was only the 7 bolt engines not teh 6! anyways....best of luck in your search. you really wanna be a underdog go with the 2.0L normal wrx and build that up. you know the actual homogenized rally car **puts on his flame retardent suit...he will need it for the responses to come**
