So who knows about the drift events in ATL? some guys over on drift411.com said that some Cobras show up from time to time but never qualify... I'd like to make it out and show what mine can do, hopefully it'll do well.
Sorry to threadjack, but did you build your own kit? Is it a factory 5 kit? I have a co worker thinking about building one to sell.
I was going to build one, then I found this one for a pretty good deal as it sits now. A guy in AL built it from a Factory 5 kit with some other goodies from Highlands...he ended up scraping the F5 body and using the Highlands, but used the F5 chassis. IIRC it was already 4 years old when I got it, and that was nearly 2 years ago. He unloaded it as it was really snappy under sporty driving and he was moving to another state and wanted to start over on a new kit from Upstate. The Upstate ones are super nice and I'd like to start over with one of those...but Highlands has a better suspension package with theirs. Meh...I got some Koni's with extra rebound and it fixed most of the snap over steer, but it still needs a ton of refinement. I dont think the guy that built it knew anything about suspension....however, whoever built the engine did a good job with it. I just want a little more power and revs.
