Hi everyone, I live in Alpharetta and just got my silver 04 WRX a few days ago. I bought it from Subaru of Gwinnett. I traded in my 04 Lancer OZ to get it and so far I LOVE IT! Just thought I'd jump on the local boards and say hi. :wavey:
two words before the mod bug hits you. a subliminal message if you will. *engine management* carry on
Thanks for the tip BC2003UGA. I've searched around and it looks like the COBB AccessPORT is the best way to go. It looks like about a 30+ hp gain if tuned correctly. Is that what should be expected? Thanks.
welcome to the boards man! I think you will find alot of useful info on the site... check out links here-------------> www.wrxatlanta.com/forums/showthread.php?=4877

Thanks guys I guess I'll start saving up for the AccessPORT then. By the way what is the going price for an AccessPORT? I've seen them for $600 and some in the classifieds for around $300. Anything specific I should look for when purchasing one?
Hey guys, my name is Rob, I'm from Alaska. I'll be in Savannah for 3 weeks on the 15th on business. Won't have my wagon, but wanted to know what was going on and what there was to do in the great Savannah area. PM or post please. Thanxs guys!! PS I don't have a pet penguin, I don't live in an igloo, I have never pet a polar bear, and I have almost hit moose as often as y'all almost hit deer, A LOT.
haha..that is an awesome PS... But to answer your question Id say check out the Savannah part of the forum... Hopefully you can make the trip worth while!..oh and welcome!
Make sure that you get the latest version of accessport as there was just a new revision put out. If you get an older version, you can update it, but why not get one that's already up to date? Unless you find one for the right price that is
I have never seen a show of their's, but I did meet Dave Ellefson and Dave Mustaine back in 1990 at the Tower Records in Rockville,MD. Dave E was totally cool, but Mustaine was really cocky and arrogant. Mark
I've seen them twice so far. Once at the Gwinnett Arena and at the House of Blues in Myrtle Beach. I met the band at the Gwinnett Arena show. Dave was nice but gave kind of a limp handshake. Glen, Shawn, and James were also very nice. I had them sign my Rust in Peace booklet. Would have been cool to meet Marty and David Ellefson and have that lineup sign it though. Oh well I'm not complaining. I am looking forward to seeing what Chris Broderick brings to the band though.
Hi Doug, you're right up the street so I'll stop by whenever I get a chance. I'll let ya check out my new ride.
