Taco Mac By the River (Again)?

I had an awesome time last week, and think it would be great to do this again. Same time, Wednesday night at 7:30. Same place, Taco Mac by the River. What does everyone else think?

Just so others who did not go last time know, the Taco mac there has changed its name so you won't see a sign. Google maps and the taco mac web site still have accurate directions so no big worries.

 

I still say we go tonight or tomorrow....I'm working wednesday night... I could go for some wings/beers....

 

If you guys ever come out to Summit's (used to be a Taco Mac, still killer wings and 100+ beers on tap) here in Snellville, let me know! I hate to drink and drive at all, so would prefer something local so the missus can drop me off and pick me up.

 

how far is that from midtown atlanta? I'm up for it. turn wed into the "roaming beer and wing" night ;-)

The one by the river would be awesome since I live like 10 minutes away. That's the day I get back so I could stop by for a few minutes.

 

hmm i think this is a decision to make... by the river again or try the new place moose suggested? Doesn't matter to me, but I always like new places.

updated first post with address and phone number. Be warned the building doesn't say Taco Mac anymore. But it still has the red electronic sign that scrolls stuff... kinda looks like an old Steak and Ale. I'm trying to keep a list in the first post as well...

well, if the taco mac changed their name, they probably had to get rid of the labels used by taco mac. So maybe its still TMI, but it now stands for Twoandthreequarters Mile Island?? hehehe

On a side note, Taco Mac has a new hotter flavor, I forgot what its called though. Personally I think they lowered the temp on the TMI and then just called TMI something else... TMI= +$.50, new hotness = +$1.00

Anyway, I might actually be able to make this one. If my wife goes to her parents like she has planned, then I am there. Otherwise count me as a maybe until Wednesday. I'll post when I know for sure.

haha I'm at Tech too so I understand the distance factor. We'll try to switch it up next week if people want to try and make this a regular thing but roam locations.

The Holcomb bridge one is awesome. I've been there a few times. but it's even farther out for those of us coming from the South. Let's keep the By the River one for tonight, and next Sun/Mon we'll get going on a new location for next week.
