    Ha, not so fast...some 50 year old billionaire totaled his Veyron on the autobahn the day after he got it or something crazy. Not always just crazy kids. :)

    Sucks though. Looks like it took the hit really well, though.

    The wreck happened in Jakarta, Indonesia (good eye to the sleuths on the board). The car belonged to a wealthy Japanese CEO who kept a vacation home (and garage) on the south coast of Java island. Apparently he was on his way to a Polo match in the capital city when an Orangutan jumped in front of his vehicle, causing him to lock up his brakes and slam into a rather sizable tree.

    The driver was indeed alright.

    It looks like the GT-R has that new hood-popping technology that Nissan was boasting about a while back. Supposed to protect pedestrians hit head on, or I guess orangutans in this case!
