I was in Target in Alpharetta last night when the sirens sounded. We were rounded up into the center isles awaiting imminent bad weather and then to my dismay what sounded like golf ball sized hail rained down on the roof and ultimately my ultra clean Bugeye out in the lot :wtc:. Last night in the dark it looked okay, today the truth was revealed in about a dozen decent sized dings mostly on the hood. I guess it could have been worse but it is a friggin' battle to keep your car clean.

Maybe I can bundle all the pre hail dings with the hail damage and get them all out at once. A good dent place recommendation would go a long way? I sure would appreciate it!

Damn man that makes me feel better. Most folks who I know look at their cars as point A-B they just don't understand, they think I am being trivial!

Maybe a group dent day is concievable?!

They're like aerodynamic dimples on a golf ball. Consider yourself lucky to have them.

That's the best I can do.

I thought I was moving faster! I got a qoute of $1700(incl roof) and talked him down to $750(delete roof accept for major dimples)...ouch. See what I can do with that!

yeah, my roommate lets me park in the garage of our condo even though he's the owner of the place. yesterday his m3 was hit pretty hard by the hail in atlanta, though they werent big enough to make any noticeable dings. lets just say that I now have to park in the driveway, haha

After unfortunately not dodging the hail bullet the car is now in better shape than when I purchased it with 15K four years ago. Dent Wizard on Peachtree Industrial went the extra mile. They negotiated with my insurance until all parties agreed; I did not have to get involved. Since this was an act of God or possibly Satan it did not raise my rates. They fixed every pre hail dent and all hail damage: hood, roof, trunk all fenders and doors. Then they detailed the crap out if. Big prop's to Scott the PDR guy and Fabian for an incredible detail job. They completed the entire job in one day including dropping the head liner to access the roof. They somehow got some dings out of the roof rail, compliments of a apartment complex security gate, that every shop said was impossible without bondo. I did pay $500 deductible but it is the best $500 I have spent in a while. The only problem is now I don't want to drive it...HA:rofl:! I will post some pic's ASAP. Another great benefit was that Scott did not have to drill access holes to get at any panels so no extra holes in the door jams etc. This guy is a consummate pro. I can't say FTW because there are allot of good PDR guys out there, but with money, time, quality and customer service in mind, you can't go wrong with these guys.
