Nope. But thats why I got rid of the bike - This was a back-up race bike for a guy... the aftermarket parts hadn't even seen dirt until I got it.

I've been taking it to some of the simi local areas to get familiar with it. I haven't been on a quad in years (used to race MX a long time ago).

I've grown up on bikes and quads, but w/my past two dirt bikes... i missed four wheels the whole time, now I've got one again :) Feeling right @ home.

edit: if you do, shoot me a PM, I'd like to get some info from ya. Especially since you live close to one of my areas. I know of ZERO places to ride in McDonough, would be nice to go kick around somewhere close.

I grew up racing quads but switched to bikes about 6 years ago. Been thinking of making the switch back too.
I raced SETRA here and some GNCC's on my bike the last couple of years. I am not racing this year so I can take a break.
Thats a good looking quad! But I would of got a 450! :keke:

Only reason I didn't was b/c I'm only going to be ridding in the woods. If I was planning on doing some MX I totally would've. I love this bike, super balanced. Its not as fast as the 450's in the straights but it can stick and move in the switchbacks.

Everyone that says they'd like to get a quad, DO IT - theres literally never been a better time to buy a quad. I've got friends that work @ local shops, they can't give them away right now.. not to mention the used quad market is flooded and people are asking insanely low prices.

We could have a wrxatlanta ride once a month (or more) ~ ! :)

hell yea..im down for it..i bought my 07 450r for only 4 thousand bucks..in perfect shape..its actually a 450er(electric start, which i really recomend on a 12.1 comp engine) fully maintained, barely ridden, and with an extended warranty for the next year
