what is a relatively cheap front lip for a bugeye that 1. looks good 2. actually functions 3. doesnt scrape as much with prodrive springs on :sx: i`m looking at a jdm V1 lip, but it looks like it would scrape like crazy
jdm v2. you have seen mine, andy. i haven't ever had any problems w/ it scraping, even before i re-adjusted my coilovers so my car wasn't slammed.
DIY lip? I've got something in mind but its somewhat custom and DIY so I'm keeping it under wraps until I get it complete.

i like the OEM or the JDM V2. anything else just looks dumb or doesn't fit the body lines quite as well IMO
I have a wing west front lip (+kit) that I have yet to install...probably never will...but the lip itself i think looks pretty nice:
problem is that you will be very, very hard pressed to find a V1 or V2 lip. I have a subydude replica, and I've seen maybe one or two authentic ones being sold. best bet is to use japanparts if you really want one, but be prepared to pay.
JapanParts is awesome, but you will pay the premium. If I keep this car long term, I am buying the Prodrive front bumper. Its $1200+, but sexy as hell!
^^^I posted the actual Prodrive bumper, lol. I like the lip, but not enough to get rid of my OEM. There is a thread on Nasioc where guys are buying the last few genuine ones in the country, lol.
Yeah the Prodrive lip was really what I had in mind. The bumper looks really good too, just way too pricey imo.
