05 sti a/f ratio meter install help??

    can anyone tell me exactly what wire to splice into on my 05 sti to hook up my new autometer afr meter..i have the red power and black ground correct but i am waiting to find out what wire to splice into with the purple wire..i've searched everywhere but can't find an install thread for an 05 sti or a wiring diagram..any help will be greatly appreciated..thanx

    Not sure, but you probably are not going to gain anything really useful from that meter...they mainly just bounce around and look pretty. Were it me, I would return it and use the money to put towards a wide band meter. You can sometimes find the Lc-1 for like $125-150 and that will actually tell you something :)

    You are better off not installing it and selling it unless you just want it for a light show.

    it was gave to me by a friend..so i dont have nothing in it..but i have two empty pods in my pillar right now so i was just gonna fill them

    buy 2 clocks. the afr gauge will be worthless at least the clocks will tell the time.

    I tried having one installed hooked up to my Lc-1 wideband and it was still worthless. I also found it pretty distracting as it CONSTANTLY bounced around and could not make up its mind. BTW my afr's don't bounce around like that, but the meter seemed to. I am just going to have to get a digital one that reads down into the 10's.
