best/cheapest place for tire mounting?

Need to get some tires swapped from one set of wheels to another. 17 bucks a wheel to mount and 15 bucks a wheel to balance seemed kind of high (read: ridiculous). Any recommendations?

Kauffman Tires on 124 talk to Mike or Jesse say Sunny with Sivler WRX/Malibu sent you here and just want to get tires swapped. They charged me 40 last time (last year), balanced.
