for any of you that knows kuy lim, he total his supra yesterday. sorry no pics. i took them on my phone and not sure how to post. hes ok. (thank God for roll cage) but his supra is gone. for those that didnt know him. He took 1st place at nopi in best of show 2 years ago without even a motor in the car. the motor was being worked on by 1320 motorsports at the time witch when he got it back and put in, it made 1010whp. cant remember the name of the 30 piece body kit but there were only 3 in the united states. He had it insured for $130k. so hes not crying to bad. just wanted to let yall know.
Very very thorough, no adjuster will second guess that! Glad he's OK though, that did not look like it was fun.............
that thing was hideous! Like a Ferrari/Supra combo... Look how you can see the original door where the body kit is missing... hahahahaha!
Man I saw this car in person at Topspeed. It had this horrible main seal leak. It looked cool yet it was ugly.
he had it detunned to around 700hp i believe. when i went with him to 1320 motorsports it made 1010hp. i have it on video. the intake was sucking in so much air that the filter was spining on the intake. not quit sure how he wrecked? not much of a curve were it happened. when i went for a ride in it, as soon as the turbo spooled the car went completely sideways. im guessing the same kind of thing happened here.
