    $350 a month + 1/3 util (just cable and electricity)

    wireless internet through house and TV hookups (comcast cable)

    you get downstairs master bedroom
    access to whole house
    house has back yard
    nice kitchen with new appliances
    washer/dryer
    kitchen eating area
    dining room
    nice size living room with fireplace
    hardwood floors throughout
    historic Rome neighborhood

    hey man i might be interested, im going to kennesaw next semester, but still going to work in atl, what would the commute be from your house to kennesaw?

    it's a decent drive.. kennesaw is like 40 miles

    yeah, my ex lives up there its at least 40mins-1hr depending on traffic, which way you go etc.

    If I could find a job out that way I would jump on it.

    The job market just sucks up there. :( I live over on the east side of Adairsville right now.
