Hey guys, I have an 07 sti that im thinking about removing the sti wing and putting a wrx wing on. Ive seen a wrb sti around the vinings/smyrna area and was wondering if anyone with this setup would be willing to meet up somewhere so i could see it in person before i go ahead and get the parts to do it. If anyone is interested please let me know!
    Thanks
    Kris

wouldn't you want to swap trunks?

You will want to swap trunks unless you want to fill the holes left by the STI wing. It has more mounting points than the wrx wing, and the wrx wing doesn't cover those holes.

    Troof.

There are generally lots of people wanting to go both ways. Wrx people who want the STI wing and STI people who don't want the big wing anymore. Just post up a straight trunk swap thread and I'm sure you'll find something.

Swap would be easy, I would go with no wing. Sleeper FTW

yeah i know about the holes and the whole trunk swapping thing goin on... only problem is with my job i cant have my car tied up enough to wait for a swap and all that. I was actually thinking about buying another lid and the spoiler and be able to swap trunks if i get sick of one or the other. I dunno if thats a dumb idea or not tho...it will get kinda costly to do that...ugh! sometimes i like the big wing other times i cant stand it....pisses me off when i cant see the cars behind me on the highway too lol

Removing the wing on my car was one of the best things I've done to my car.

If you can find someone to swap with you, it only takes about 20 minutes to swap trunks.
Shouldn't be hard to do. If you're unsure, I'm positive someone here would be willing to help.
    No downtime then.
