Best Ebay Up Pipe?

    Just wanted to find out which ebay up pipe is the best? I am just looking for something cheap until I can afford an EWG setup.

    Why not get a Grimmspeed/Helix/Gimmick ewg uppipe and get a block-off plate for it?
    Then you're set when you do want to go ewg, just remove the block-off plate, install the wastegate and dump tube.

    Are the three uppipe listed above all the same?

    I don't think so, but I believe they all 3 have the option of using a block-off plate.

    Helix is only $199...$399 with the tial 38mm wastegate. Not a bad option.

    No dump tube though. I might be buying a UR up with Tial WG and dump tube on Nasioc for cheap.

    ^^Be careful with the UR. While I've always heard great things about their rotated kit fitiment, I seem to recall complaints about the UR up not seating very well and leaking.

    The best ebay uppipe is the one that you don't buy. The guy that I bought my car from had one on it and it cracked where the "flex" joint was. There is a turbo xs solid pipe on it now. Just save yourself the hassle of two installs and wait until you can get the EWG

    Cheap upipes are generally just that...cheap.

    As far as external wastegates go, the 38mm two bolt flange sucks, they blow gaskets and leak all the time, get the 44mm or the new tial with the 38mm Vband flange.
