Now that we have the embroidery machine AND software I can do it all in-house. I'd love to play around with a couple ideas. This was the largest set back in terms of having items embroidered -- and why, for those that recall, the last series of clothing items failed. Yes we had the machine, but we did not own the specific software it takes to run it and were unfortunately having to email the machine's previous owner and pay him to convert the files for us
