a friend of mine went to what he thinks was an 'import atlanta' meet somewhere in alpharetta. he went there on a thursday, which was supposed to be relatively slow, and there was an impreza click present. total of 7-10 cars consisting of sti's, wrx's and 2.5 rs's. he was told that even more show up on saturdays. im thinking of going checking it out this week if the weather clears up, but forecast says that isolated thunderstorms are expected. maybe next week then. i'll post directions when i find out and let u guys know when i pan on going. hopefully i wont be the only one from wrxatlanta.

the meet was pretty cool. it was just thursday and i saw a bunch of wrx's and sti's. i think i was the only one without a big blow off but unlike the barrett pkwy meets where all evos parked together, most of the subarus were kinda spread up. i saw like 3 sti's that were parked together but they were members of import atlanta. on the whole, it was pretty cool. i got to see a bad ass volvo too . i hear its supposed to be better on saturdays.
Awesome. When my car gets back from the shop, assuming everything was done correctly, I'll be more than happy to attend some with you. On a side note, the sample decals came in today -- they look excellent. I am also inquiring about a windshield decal for you as I thought I remembered you asking about one. I'll have a price on the decals and hopefully the windshield one soon.
do u have a pic of the decals? i plan on placing one for wrxatlanta in the center of my rear windshield
Ah, well do you want one that will span the entire content of the rear windshield (top) or just the center? presumbly, we'll have them on our cars within the next month (late may, early june) for you to see.
Well the ones I have now are a good size to sit in the back corners of your rear windows, should look pretty good. We're ordered Silver, Pewter and Dark Grey (although we have yet to do a tint test with this color). Milo, if your car is silver, the Dark Grey ones would look pretty slick somewhere on the body.
mine's midnight black... maybe we could meet up sometime and i could look at what you have. im not sure about putting anything on the body cuz i heard they could come off during a wax... talkin bout wax, my car's overdue for detailing
Just wanted to sign up and say whats up! and show support. Because I love the WRX's and STI's. This site is a great idea... The meets on thursday are sometimes good sometimes bad... just depends. I know last week there were alot of cars there and alot of STI's wich was pretty cool. Is not really an Official IA meet, alot of our members just hangout there along with other enthusiast also. I show up once in a blue moon if I can. Looking foward to watching this site grow some of you peeps should too would be cool to meet new peeps... cya guys around!
