LOL! Have you seriously ever seen Scott tune for less than an hour? He's a very meticulous tuner which insures that you are getting the best tune In the case of 'touch-up' or diagnostic tuning, it would be around $200.
sounds fair to me, my last tune was an all day adventure 3 maps and I paid around that. Can you still do ecutek? maybe a flat rate based on the time?
