i've never been to one of your g2gs but i'd love to go on this caravan. if i've got everything right we're meeting at the varsity @ 8am and should i just look for all the subys? are we all parking in the lot outside or are some of you guys showing inside?

I've never gotten there right at 8am before, but from what I have heard from other people there is usually a line of people waiting to get in first thing in the morning. Which means a lot of sitting and wasting gas. I got there around 10:30 last year and pulled right in. Take this with a grain of salt, because I haven't arrived at 8am ever. AFAIK, there is no reserved parking spaces, usually it is just in the orange section that you park, but with all of us registering as a club i dont know. I have never been with a club before.
So do I have to pre-buy a ticket or anything? There is a home game for Tech that day, but I'll probably hang with you guys instead. You guys aren't a bunch of idiots who drive fast in a caravan are you? Because my car is slow and I don't need any more tickets. JC
JC, in the past the caravans have normally been ~65mph, not fast at all by Atlanta standards. I'm not going to be able to go to NOPI due to my obligations at the football game but I'll come by the Varsity that morning to see you all off.
nope you dont have to prebuy a ticket, just get it at the gate. Only need to prebuy is if you are entering in the show. The caravans are fair man just normal highway driving. If you are not entering lets all park together outside.
Cool sounds like a plan to me. I'll even volunteer to park on the end if you want because I don't care if my car gets dinged.
ive led most caravans and i keep it between 65 and 70... no there have been times when the caravan is SO HUGE that i cant see the end and traffic is bad so if people at the tail end fall behind, they need to speed to catchup... if that happens, call me and i will slow down... i'll share my number with everyone at the varsity
i usually park on the side and noone parks in this area so no traffic. should be a good place for us to park.

i have to wash my car tomorrow. i'm still running rich and my rear bumper starts turning yellow around my exhaust. :thumbsdow and i have to get my valves adjusted soon.

My car is pretty dirty also even though I washed it last Saturday. I hate the trees I have to park under. I'm going to wash and wax my car on Friday.
