i saw oakenfold once in NYC....it was amazing....

i feel ya dude, (been listening since before "tranceport" well actually since tangerine dream, yeah i'm THAT old) i think i still got a pair of UFOs in the closet LOL i still listen to alot of him,avb, oakey, RITM, tiesto and trance in general (and starting to compose with reason).

its in a club but its not the club scene. more of a party. and at eleven50 u can stand on stage and look up and watch pvd spin. its awesome.

dont feel old i was into that in 93! we had a club in gainesville fla called simons that used to fly in big name djs every week. so i was a lil spoiled on seeing alot of great djs. d&b is my fav though. not much for 2 step, house or trance.
