I am selling my home and the inspector found a problem on a section of the brick. Not a huge problem, but dealing w/ the brick. Some dude came out and quoted me some rediculous price. Anyone, anyone??? Thanks in advance...Shane.

Could you get a little more specific about what the issue is the inspector found?

what part of the house is it around.

Thanks guys for the contacts! I ended up going w/ a local. The brick settled on a section of the front part of the house..apprx 1/2 inch. Nothing is wrong w/ the foundation...because as ya'll know brick on newer homes are seperate from the frame of the house...like vinyl sidings. He quoted me an awesome price. Trying to fix it and move out as I have a buyer in a contract.:)
