Where can I buy a Jaguar tranny?

    I know it ain't a suby, but my mom's tranny broke and the dealership wants 6000 dollars =\

    Can anybody point me to a website or shop that might be able to beat this price? I am looking for a new/used 2000 Jaguar XJ8L automatic transmission.

    www.car-part.com is your friend. They will be used transmissions, but that's a start.

    You can try http://www.lkqonline.com/ prefered vendor of most car insurance companies and is local with delivery option.
