up-pipe sensor...

    ...keeps popping out, any ideas why and what to do about it?

    on the pipe or the sensor?

    SOK screwed the sensor back in after they found it, I would think they woulda told me if the sensor's threads were busted, but its kinda hard to see the up bung without removing it...

    Replace the up pipe with catless and no sensor bung. Do the resistor fix on the sensor.

    Or if you don't want to replace the up pipe, put a bolt in the hole and weld it in place.

    This. Just plug the hole and put in a resistor for an easy fix

    both options require removing the up.. :(

    also, the up is catless.

    And I'm using OTS cobb stage 2, so its not throwing a code anyways.

    does this sensor serve absolutely no purpose? If so, cant I just screw something in the bung for now until I get a chance to get the up off?

    and radio shak has the resistors to remedy the CEL but I forget which one to get. Someone will chime in with it.
    you should be able to get it off w/o taking off the up.
