Forged Performance: NASA Event Coverage @ RD ATL

Discussion in 'Forged Performance' started by Chadbee@Forged, Jun 20, 2011.

  1. This past weekend the Forged Performance team went to Road Atlanta to participate in the NASA Track Day. This event consists of High Performance Driving Education, Time Trials and dozens of classes of wheel to wheel racing. This makes for a really great event with a wide variety of cars on the track at any given time. Sharif had our Porsche 996 GT3 out for HPDE4 and was doing his part to give back to other motorsports enthusiasts by instructing and giving ride-alongs all weekend long. His helmet never left his head, and he looked he had just completed a 12hr enduro! I spent my day at some of my favorite spots around Road Atlanta posted up with my camera getting some pretty decent action shots and wanted to stop by and share them with every one.

Hope to see you all at the track again soon.

    Upcoming events:

July 1 Road Atlanta with Chin Motorsports
July 11 VIR Full Course Forged Performance/NAGTROC private track day
July 30-31 Road Atlanta Chin Motorsports (we will be debuting our new fullly race prepared GT-R Version 2.0).
