Newbie STi Hi all. I am a new black 11 STi Limited Sedan owner and am in love with it. Trying to determine how to make my ride faster without compromising reliability. Welcome guys! I love the look of the new Sti (and wrx) sedans. I am glad they decided to go back to that look.
I am not sure where that is. There is a restuarant in a Kroger shopping center at the intersection of Johnson's Ferry and some other road several miles north of Upper Roswell that we eat at often. If the car you see is parked on the side near the Japanese restuarant in that shopping center, then yes - that is me.

I live in sandy springs about two minutes from T Mac prado. 2. My name is Jeff. 3. I'm driving a 2011 WRX Sedan in Obsidian Black. 4. My ride is not to modified yet, just a hood scoop and lower grille craft grill. Also stock rims painted flat black with red calipers, and red footwell illumination kit. 5% tint on all windows and smoked headlights and taillights Exhaust is coming very soon, looking at a Invidia Q300 Cat Back. 5. I have only bought parts online and have done all installs myself, looking to make some friends who actually know performance installs. 6. Haven't really looked into any other forums or local boards. 7. Like to keep it mostly stock, gonna be a everyday driver for many years. 8. I wave at every WRX and STI no matter the year or mods. 9. Was looking for exhaust websites and saw the post and the knowledge of everyone here. I'm glad to be WRX owner and wouldn't trade it for anything else in the world. During the day its great to have them this dark, it keeps out all the heat. I also have 20% on the front windshield.. but yea I have to roll my windows down in reverse at night too haha. Even during the day from the outside you can't see inside.
Yea it's pretty dark, every time I drive near a cop I have to roll my windows down, but it's worth it. It looks awesome.
Yea I was told that 35 was legal unless you want that 6" strip. But for a little extra money and a cash payment so no paper trail haha they'll pretty much do anything.

Hey stuart, my name is Jeff. I was wondering how you liked you q300 cat back. I've been looking into that specific one for a while now but wanted to talk to someone that actually had it.
Well I will let you know once i get the car back. It actually just got rear ended a week ago and is currently being fixed at Magnum. When I got hit it bend the exhaust and I had to get a new one and rather then going with a stock I got the body shop to let me put on an aftermarket. Hopefully I like it, I had been looking at it for a while too and couldn't pass up the chance to get a full catback for $50-$100.

Just bought and learning, but everything I touch is custom made or modified. looking for exhaust, fix the under steer, stiffer rear springs. if I could I would go rally, but I am on street so no fast off road, I use my Toyota 4runner for Rock Crawling. I am still figuring out what exhaust system to go with. Going to get a Cobb tuner unless there is something that fits my needs and budget better.
