I have a Turbo XS RFL TBE... The fitment is a bit saggy.

Here is what it looks like...

Does anyone know someone that does good work on exhaust?
I'm trying to keep most of the structural integrity of the exhaust
    intact.

(For those who are waiting to criticize the photos.
I know i forgot to blur out my tag in the first photo.
Honestly I don't really care. Second, to those who
are going to hate on my Photoshop skillz... I'm not an
    artist!)

It will melt your bumper if you hang it that close.

I agree with Mike. You will risk melting your bumper if it is that close.

Regardless if it will melt you bumper or not and you want to pursue moving it for a tighter fit(check out the pics of my Power house catback in my for sale forum, it had less then a 1/4" of space with no melting what so ever, was also catted though(so is yours)), any fab or tuning shop should be able to help you out. I think killshot is more known for their custom fabbing then others, but thats not to say others cant get it done.

Maybe the three of us all had cars that shot 3 foot flames?

Can you push up on the exhaust and have the clearance you want without it hitting anything? If so thing you just need better exhaust hangers like Kartboy. They don't sag or stretch like the cheapo OEM ones do.

I can push up on the exhaust, but it has very limited flex on the Y-axis direction (up and down). This is the reason why I was thinking that I needed fab work done on the piping or hangers.

I've been getting alot of responses with the Kartboy solution. I think I might try that and see what happens. If not, then i will go the Fab'd route.

Get the Forester ones in Matt's link that he posted. They are shorter than WRX ones iirc.

Don't know if it was the weight or what, but my TXS started to sag down after a while as well on OEM hangers. Going from 3/4" to 1" gap didn't bother me though.

If you want it that close, you could always get a heat shield...I have seen carbon ones and metal ones for pretty cheap.
