Thx can't wait to drive it. Also has a v-lip to be installed. and fmic painted black. should be a beast.
Small core FMIC and believe it or not....the amber lens in the lights makes it look tame and stock. The Perrin made mine look aggressive. But looking good justin. Gotta ask though....is that bent/dented fins on the FMIC I'm seeing?
Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.3.4; en-us; Sprint APX515CKT Build/GRJ22) AppleWebKit/533.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/533.1) Yea its a bent fin, piece of wood flew off a truck on ga400
It's very mildly agressive. I'm thinking with the fmic black, it should add a slight bit more stealth. This would help with the gawking and ga400 civics and such bothering me.
Went out a gave my car a hug. To paint black front mount or not black...humm Damn its dirty. Fitment...like Rubin Studdard in skinny jeans. Cockpit
how would you go about blacking out the fmic? from what ive heard anodozing is the way to go, radiator spray/rattle can is too thick
Anyone know how to photoshop? Just want see what black would look like. Brian i think is planning on using radiator spray.
i think they should always be black, only color car i think its ok to have silver is a silver car. so you could get away with either.
Shitttt you and me both lol. And I hope when it get it back, i don't have to put it back in the shop again lol.
We should really start a pool for what day you are getting tuned. At this rate....I will put my money on Tuesday, March 6th.
If I can offload my block...hell even if I can't. Here is the block that will be replacing the current setup:
Just looked up the for sale add. Used built engines just scare me, you make a lot of assumptions when you buy a used engine. Especially if you don't pull it apart. Was your car the one I listened to up at All-Pro the other day?
Trust me, it will defiantly be inspected before going in. I'm not sure if it was mine or not. I doubt it, my motor is out.
I agree with Ball. I bought a used built engine off of this board and had ball engines take it apart just to be safe and make sure everything was ok. Turns out all 4 pistons were cracked. The seller lost his job and could not afford to refund anything back to me so I paid a premium for essentially a short block I had to put new pistons into.
I've seen two more sets of broken JE forgings since then. OP, you need to find out if that engine has the JE full round forgings in it. If it has the JE FSR forgings in it then it might be ok.
