Need a little paint touch up in the engine bay then shoot some clear. Have most of my suspension and subframe/ trans mounts back from powder coat waiting for install. As for body work? Well I'm down too rubbing it down with blocks and 400grit. Looking forward to shooting some 01G soon.
I'm so glad you are powder coating parts that NOBODY will ever see. Maybe if you focused on the big picture...this car would be finished by now.
I am focused on the big picture, the whole damn thing actually hence powder coating everything that is not polished, painted or plated.
Since, you're stalling with your "show car"...here's another big ass picture that you can focus in on for a while. Let me know if you figure it out by Thanksgiving. Quit nickel plating the damn headlight screws...what's next, ghost flames on the cross members?
besides the lack of new LCA bushings, the front cross-member and suspension is ready to bolt back on....
seriously? ghost flames? I think it will be safe to say this will be a rather understated car so no flames.
rear camber plates and new bushings for the rear suspension is on the way. Kind of surprised that Josh @ ImportImage called me back at 9:00am on Saturday to make that happen.
I'm not. That's the level of service I am used to from them. Nothing but the best service and prices. http://www.news-press.com/article/2...oss-revs-Cape-Coral-performance-parts-company
Looks like JDM power folding mirrors have just been added to the list. Didn't expect a take on the lowball offer. $150.00 shipped
Thanks to that Burger guy, Brandon@Allpro, and Justin for the parts and cash exchange. Now to put it all back together
Looks awesome by the way, I want to do mine while the car is apart but I have to get it back together to finish testing these new pistons.
Because he still wouldn't get it done in time enough to enjoy it perhaps? He is slower than a jar of molasses.
just to give you an idea of how many feet of charge pipe I'll need from the turbo to the throttle body.
