Picking this up in a week and half from a coworker:
Before you ask, that's a towel on the roof, haha. current owner shattered the sunroof glass. Here's the breakdown:

    1998 Integra LS w/ 165k
    New Timing Belt/Water Pump/Cam Seals at 120k
    A/C works great
Eibach Sport Dampers and Sport Springs (less that 5k on them)
Injen Wrinkle Black CAI (less than 5k)
Alpine CD player with iPhone/iPod connection and Pandora control
Alpine components and 4 channel amp
    Fresh 20% tint

    Needs:
Passenger side rear trailing arm (broken, but driveable. note the mad camber in the pic! found for $50)
Sunroof glass (found whole assembly, motor and all for $120 shipped)
that's it to be a roadworthy car IMO

also has the notorious 3rd gear grind, which i will be looking for a bad GSR tranny to tear down and rebuild with LSD and LS final drive.

    Wants:
    JDM front ($1000 shipped for headlights/core support/bumper/fenders)
TSX HID conversion in the JDM headlights (probably send to lightwerkz, already have the TSX projectors)
    Grey Metallic Paintjob
Some 16" bronze rotas of some sort
    Sways/bushings/etc
    Stage 2 cams and SAFC/tune
Oh, and of course an interior work over with some JPMCoachworks stuffs

Kinda the direction i wanna go:

    thats about it.

really excited to get my hands on something i'm comfortable with working on myself, has cheap parts, is uber reliable, and gets great gas mileage. and it doesn't hurt it's a great platform

It is also one of the most stolen cars right now. Might want to invest in a security system so you know when to grab your AR.

There's one at my work place I'm very tempted to buy. I did the timing belt and seals/pumps on it and man that was stupid easy. He told me $750 and it's mine.....so tempted to get as a DD.

    I don't want a 6th vehicle in my yard! There's already 2 WRX's sitting there.

Already has a nice viper system. Forgot to mention that. And full coverage is half as much as liability was on the '94 BMW I just got rid of.....

What Jake doesn't know is it's already been stolen.

Actually he has had the battery stolen out of it. Luckily I live in a gated community (granted the gates are broken half the time)
