So I'm driving along this morning in the fast lane at about 70 on my way to work, and all of sudden the motor just shuts off. So I press the clutch in and try to crank it back up. It starts but immediately shuts off again...I try again, same thing. So I put on my hazards and scoot over to the breakdown lane. I try to crank it a couple more times, and it started but the rpms dont hold and the motor dies each time.
I try removing the key and the inserting it again to crank and it starts up, and all seems fine.
The gas needle was on the 1/8 line but the gas light hadn't come on yet, but could fuel be the issue? I head over to QT and fill up and continue on to work without any other issues.
    ....sooo wtf? It's a 2008 at 89k miles with a vf52.

Most likely going to be a sensor issue.

    Or a major leak.

I experienced both, leak and MAF issues.
