This post is copied from the WRXatlanta Facebook page. It is with utmost sadness that I have to report that we lost one of our own Tuesday 08/28/18 in an accident. Long time member and (more importantly) friend, Matthew Cohen lost his life yesterday doing what he loved. Matthew has been part of the family for over 13 years and, at one point, was THE guy who saved spots for caffeine and octane (back when it was in alpharetta). Please set aside some time today to think about and remember a kind soul who loved to laugh and was genuinely an awesome dude. I love and will miss you, brother. I hope you've reconnected with your pup, wherever you are now. A memorial service is being planned to honor Matthew Sunday 09/02/18 at 7 pm at Atlanta Speed Company in Marietta.
A formal service is scheduled for Sept 21st at 11am at the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton GA. 1080 Scott Hudgens Dr, Canton, GA 30114 More details to follow.
