If the car's sold with no power mods, chances are somebody modded the piss out of it, broke something, and traded it in after putting stock parts on.
i was reading the carfax on it man.....was not looking to good. Its been in 2 accidents. Both moderate damage. Moderate damage means it was not driveable because it was decent damage. Its basically right before being totalled. Anywayz that would bother me, but could be a fine car other than that.

the cars looks ok from outside but from inside.. if i was you i would go check the car, make sure to get your own guy to check out everything inside the car, double check it and then if u really think it's good then go ahead and god will be by your side..
yeah...be careful. I've purchased a car from there before and it was ok but the WRXs i've seen up there have all been a little too "dirty" for me. Kinda makes ya wonder...
