Pics or Ideas on where to mount my AVCR in my 04sti...

Hey what's an AVCR ? Is it a camera?

 

Is that the little sliver looking thing? If it is, I have seen it done right next to the cup holder in that blank piece of plastic.

 

I'd like to see/hear some idea's as well.
Trying to figure this out myself.

Can't say that I've really searched on it though.

i have the same set up with my sexy HKS turbo timer.. wondeer where i will put my boost controller

 

For the short while I had mine, I just doubled mounted tapped it on my steering coloumn. Didn't look clean though.

 

personally i would see if you could get an audio shop to make you a fiberglass pod that fits down by the ashtray \cig lighter area. unless you have a router to make the frame and can do fiberglass yourself.

 

yeah "unique (speed channel) auto style"..{que tha faux marble}....but I think the height of the unit is the main fitment problem..?

 

i would try to mount it somewhere on the dash... i will end up getting one of these in the fall and i think its important for a boost controller/gauge to be in peripheral view when driving
