Want to go to the drag strip in Jackson, SC

Me and so people that I know are going to the drag strip in Jackson, SC on thursday May the 11. It is about 1 hour and 30min from savannah. It is a 1/4 mile but I dont know if they are going to run 1/8 mile or the 1/4 mile.

 

I would like to go let me know! if it's still on by thursday morning. But sounds cool.

 

it is on we have planned this for about a month I just forgot to tell yall

I wish I saw this earlier. I'm in Augusta for the summer and that's only 20-30 minutes away. But I already have plans tonight...

I'll definitely try to meet up with the Savannah crew next time you are in the area.

 

So we gotta have a helmet for this track. I'm only gonna probably run in high 13's since I'm so new at it. :hs:

So did you all go to this strip? If so, thoughts? How did you do?

 

we went it was a lotta fun! but it took like 45min to get through the staging lanes since there was like so many people there. we only got about 2 runs in, that part sucked. Track hooks real we'll so we kinda bogged ot on our first run, but still had fun.

 

Nice. gotta go check this out sometime (never run in 1/4mi)
