Great guy who works at Gwinnet Place Body Shop, was reccomended to me by Miloman and i can say he does not dissapoint. I got good, friendly service and was actually dealing with a person who knows all about suby's! Let's not forget the brilliant price and quality of job i got my RB5 spoiler. It looks brilliant, the shade of metallic blue is almost identical to mine, which is remarkable considering my car is 5 years old... it looks identical from slight distance!

This spoiler has came a long way since i first got my mitts on it back in spring break. I picked it up used for $80 but it was painted red with accrylic paint and a small crack that continued to grow bigger by the week until it was the length of the side. I got quoted the best part of $700 by gwinnet collision (iirc) for them to rebuild and paint, "Fuck that!" i thought, and i headed out to NAPA and got me a fibreglass repair kit. I spent along time sanding it down with various drill bits and techniques, before i finally got to put some fibreglass layers on (yuck!). Next up, i had smoothen that out, this turned out to be a major pain in the ass because as some of you may know, fibreglass heats up and is quite sticky for a long time.

Well today was the day i collected my baby and spent an hour or so swearing and hooking it up...well it looks great! Here are some awful night pictures i just took with my crappy kodak point and shoot, i'll throw some good ones up asap!

Thanks alot, i've spent alot of time on it. Only a few more visual upgrades left until completion. I'm thinking of v6 spats, v6 front lip (maybe), v6 grill (maybe) And then eventually getting the skirts, spats and lip painted but that is not high on the priority list. I just want to get a nice detailing done to it because they're some ugly stain's on pieces of paintwork from when i bought it that i haven't been able to wash off.

Someone just did a debadge photshop of the rear. What do you all think?

I've been in two minds about this for a while now... still haven't made my mind up! I think it looks nice and clean, but i have always thought that cars with no badges begin to look a bit cheapo.
