02/03 WRB WRX Wagon on Satellite Blvd

    i was coming back down satellite from the home depot at satellite & old ptree at about 1:30p today.
    i was right behind him and waved as i passed (he was turning off into a neighborhood). he had aftermarket exhaust and wheels, and FLA tags.

    someone from here?
