03 wrx 2.5 swap help!!

Hello my name is matt and i just got my first wrx. the bottom end is damaged and from what i have read its best to just put in the 2.5 bottom end. the trans has been built and i would like to see arounf 400 hp daily driver. any help would be great! Thanks. also if any shops can help let me know I need to get this done very soon as this will be my daily car and I dont have anything till this is done
