yah, those are pretty cool but yea, only 139 ft-lb of torque. I think they look really good in black though, or maybe i just like all cars in black.
It looks nice and....well I drive a suby for a reason so... ON YOUR LEFT! But not as fast as the car I drive, though they are impressive car #2 maybe.
I sat in one, they're way smaller than the egg SIs from last year. Shifter throws were nice in the demo one I sat in but I havent driven one, not enough headroom for me.
I do like them as well, though from everyone I have spoken with (that likes honda's) and everything I have read, the SI is a very good car, just not a great car. Though consensus seems to be that they are FAR superior to the last generation SI. I was hoping for a home run with this car ala the Integra Type R...
It definately has potential with the K series engine. The one at One Lap of America was SICK and very fast. I was impressed with it. The only thing I hate about the Honda's (Civics and CRX's in general) is that the gearshifter is in a way weird location. I don't have very long arms and I practically have to lean forward to shift in those cars. This has been the experience for me in the ones I have driven.
I like em! I have not driven one but they look a lot nicer than previous models. Im sure they have the capabilities of being fast though.
Yea I think it is a sick car look and performance. i-vtec is awesome. lots of power but the down side is front wheel.
it's not so much the car i dont like it's the kids that drive them that i'm not big on most think there to kool.

yea but a boosted civic can be one mean a$$ opponent.. a buddy of mine had a 95 coupe w/ a B18C swap and was boosted.that thing was an animal!
I would probably do the same if I had a NA car with turbo kit lol I still do it in my wrx sometimes... don't we all do it? ;P A wrb wrx that passed by me the other day on 41 did a ricer fly by with his loud bov... just not honda guys... everyone wants to show off once in a while plus civic SI's have a optional navigation!!!
Ok some are nice and fast but for the most part there stock with a fart can and get on my last nurve.
One word, Orlando. I was down there a few days ago and I swear I saw more 90s civics with fartcans than I have ever seen before. I'm not even kidding, they must have the highest per capita...ever.
well they quit producing the rsx for them, i read in a magazine before they came out that one dynoed at 205whp stock. Not sure if htats true or not. They are cool cars though.
