Quick question guys, i'm gathering the final pieces to do a 2.5/2.0 hybrid and i am going with a 11mm oil pump. I was just wondering if i need to replace my factory oil pick up tube with a one out of a 2.5 or are they the same?

Depends on what oil pan you are using.

You should replace it with an aftermarket pickup

It may be in your best interest to go ahead and pickup a reinforced one -- Moroso, Killer B, etc.

thats so weird I had a detailed post about why typed out and its just gone.

Long story short the factory pickups break, you should buy a aftermarket one.

We usually keep them in stock at TopSpeed.

you could do a KillerB pickup with a 2.5L pan.
