Nice numbers. When I was tuned by Doug with virtually the same setup we netted 304 hp and 294 tq. Good to see you were relatively close. Now go and get Meth inj and you will be running 11.9's or better like me! I tell ya the length of the power band is crazy with the Meth inj. I honestly can say I hold almost all my peak torque and hp all the way to redline now.

Either way I know it's a blast to drive and props to the intercooler piping. It looks great! I wish I could CC mine red.

  7. my intercooler piping is powerder coated in wrinkle red (oops, I meant black haha)... ;)

CoolRex, was the 342 fuel pump necessary? I noticed when I start the car when the car is cold, it'll hesitate little but if I put the ignition on "on" position and let the fuel pump work for little bit and turn the ignition, it starts fine. I was thinking it might that the fuel pump is too small for 800cc which I doubt but your input will be appreciated ;)

excuse my ignorance, is that an STI or a WRX?

Why is the chart so bumpy, I see that smoothing is turned on.

I was gonna get the same one you have but they were out and the 342 didn't cost any more so I thought hey better to have too much than not enough. FYI I do have that hesitation on COLD startup but I think that is my modded stock injectors dripping a little. My fix is to turn the key to the ON for like 3 seconds and then crank the car if it has been sitting for a while and it is COLD out.

  11. I see. Thanks ;)

Thank god, I was worried if it took that many mods to get that kind of power out of an STI. Congrats on the numbers.

Thats dirty pool, now your just baiting me.

I wasnt really even paying attention to who tuned it, but regardless the smoothing is set to 5 there isnt really a reason I can think of for it to be that rough. Then again I have never had anything with a reflash. Ive always had AEM for my engine management.

Edit....I'ma quit slamming Doug. Let bygones be bygones.....

Mine was the same way when Doug tuned it. Think it is something with how the software works but both my graphs were bumpy as was two others that went with me.

Just make sure your boost is steady.

Okay, let me please clarify my intent with this comment. This is not directed at TS, rather, I simply said, perhaps its just an error with the tune. Theres no reason for this to accelerate out of hand or anything of the nature. I cannot stress this enough! This was not absolutely not an attack.

    Cheers,

Its good power, I wasnt trying to slam your car. 18g turbos are a blast to drive on the street. I loved mine.

    Best of luck
