If you have a 2008-2013, chances are you either currently have (like me) or will have in the future the issue with the broken firewall welds where the clutch support is connected to which results in a flexing/popping of the firewall everytime the clutch is depressed. This can also affect clutch travel/play, etc etc

Someone has arranged a class action lawsuit with GREG COLEMAN LAW PC against subaru and is asking anyone with the issue to submit their information to demonstrate that the issue is more widespread than Subaru thinks.

Allpro is also aware of this issue on the 2008-2013s

So why sue Subaru? Just get them to make a recall and fix it.

from my understanding, they refuse to perform a recall and refuse to acknowledge that it is a widespread issue

It would be nice if we could get the same attention for all the turbo/engine failures from the lack of a service procedure to prevent clogged oil feed line/ocv filters.

So the only people that will ever see money from this will be the lawyers.....nice.
