Hi, the timing belt on my '08 WRX is off by three teeth on intake cams. Somehow it jumped and engine is misfiring and CEL is on. does anyone have or had similar problem? Please help!

tow it to allpro and have them do a compression and leakdown test followed by a new belt and tensioner if it checks out okay. They are listed in the vendors section

That's pretty crazy I haven't heard of that happening. How many miles are on the car? I mostly just hear of people not changing the belt before 100K and them snapping. Not heard of it happened on an 08+ though.

Miles? If an idler seized it could cause that.
