    Ok
I went back to Discount auto because i cant give up on a good deal - $4.95 for Highland Contura Splash guards.
I only bought one for the rear because the Pro-Fit from AutoZone $9.85 did not fit the rear to my satisfaction and the extra ears would stick out and had to be cut to even make it look right for the rear. So I got the Conturas for the rear and will try to use the Pro-Fit Model #1 for the front.

Mounted all (3 screws on the plastic
    Suggestion
    1. mark position with pencil on car
    2. drill small holes and insert screws protruding 1-2 mm on splash guard
    3. transfer hole position to car using the initial mark
    4. duplicate position of mark on other side fender
    5. duplicate hole position on splash guard (other)
    6. drill thru on splash guard and drill small guide hole on fender from transfer marks
    7. mount splash guard
    8. do not overtighten
    9. I had some sheetmetal nuts/caps so i used them to secure the splash guard better (not needed)

BTW the application chart does not have any for the SAABaru but has it for the Impreza and Legacy
