531hp Stock Block w/ Pumpgas+Meth

    This car made 531hp @ 27psi with pumpgas and meth injection. It could have made more if I turned the boost up but the customer wanted to stop there being he was still on stock block.

    Mods: Invidia Catback, 816cc injectors, Ecutek w/ Utec, GT-35r, Tial BOV, walboro fuel pump, TopSpeed Meth Kit, Perrin FMIC, Exedy twin plate clutch.

    The car is a 2004 STI that still has factory heads, with the TGV's still intact and untouched. I was really impressed by the way we were able to get the car to spool. By using the ecutek to control the AVCS I was able to get the car to spool 400rpms quicker, and drive and idle like stock. Also the maf was moved to the charge pipe instead of infront of the turbo.

    what is the advantage to moving the maf to the charge pipe?
