800WHP on Pumpgas....

    Just though I would share this up... yes I know its not a Subaru. But here at TopSpeed we got love for all makes.

    Is that the grey IX that was built by AMS? I believe it put down 97xwhp on either E85 or race gas. I got a ride in it once and holy hell was it quick. I got it my Evo and thought the gas pedal was broke. Lol.

    With a 2.4L I would think the tq would be up a little more......YEAH it's still a LOT but 4g63 are known for tqless power. Why is it that a 2.5L will have a nearly sq tq curve but the 4g63 doesn't even though it has way better VE?

    Something to do with turbo sizing and larger hotsides?

    Ahh TQ is high as hell. No subaru making 600 plus whp will have the same amount tq as hp

    Dyno video??? I'm curious at to what 800WHP @ 9K rpm sounds like out of a 4 cylinder. Does the head of Satan appear above 8K?

    Thats pretty gangster, especially on a 6262. most power i've seen out of one is 750
