My wife helps out refugees who find themselves in the middle of Georgia with no visible signs of support. She's working with one guy who did a lot of "stick welding" (a type of arc welding) until his country (Sierra Leone) went to hell. Right now, he's doing junk work. We figure he could actually get somewhere if he could go back to welding. Anyone know of firms near Lawrenceville that could use a welder? This guy will certainly not be a one trick pony. He'll do anything. Welding is just the most marketable skill that he's ever had. Thanks.
