Anyone local in the Metro Atlanta Area have a ACPT driveshaft in their STi? If you do, please share your experience. Kind of intersted how it really is since I read so much about it on IWSTI.com, thank you. sincerely Ming
actually no... it should feel more like light wheels a lighter driveshaft will not reduce the rotational inertia of the crank (like pulleys and flywheels do)... it will reduce the rotational inertia of the drivetrain
Yup, and I read that higher gear accelerate has been enhanced the most. So overall this would translate to that the rate of putting-power-to-the- ground is increased ? There is a slight increase of area under the curve according to dyno graphs posted on iwsti.com. I was being curious and was looking forward to get a ride from someone who has the driveshaft because $1200 is no chump change.
