I just bought a bluetooth OBDII dongle for $54 shipped and this OBDII software is a free download on the Android Market or scan the QR Code.

Unplug the Cobb AP dongle and plug in the bluetooh dongle which is wirelessly connected to your android phone.

Eddie- that one does not have BT. Seems I did see one somewhere. Also was looking at a windows CE one that would support Java more easily...

Surprisingly, I am unaware of any direct port Java support to Android, which is what got me looking at Windows CE.
