Well the Legacy's OEM clutch isnt slipping JUST yet, but i dont suspect it will make it through the year. I chanced apon this group buy for competition clutches. $675 shipped otd with all bearings AND a lightened 14.5lb flywheel, and some free shifter bushings which i would need.

So does anyone have any good or bad info on these. Supposed to feel similar to ACT's, and im willing to give it a shot for that cheap.

I thought you learned your lesson with the other clutch you had problems with. Just get an ACT clutch setup with a regualr 06+ WRX Flywheel.

Of course I like Southbend's offerings but.... savvy marketing ploys and pretty packaging trumps a good quality clutch setup.

I love the guys at CC clutch, they have been very helpful on other projects I've had and their clutches work well in other applications.

However the CC Subaru clutches flat out suck, they just don't have it figured out. Don't bother with anything but ACT.
