I need some help with more customer friendly/professional tire shop to inspect/balance my tires.

My stock Dunlop Sports were replaced with Goodyear F1 A/S tires by Discount Tire @ Chamblee about 3 months ago since my stock tires were defected. Since then, I went back 2~3 times to get re-balanced due to very noticable vibration on highway driving (60-75mph). After some researches on Tirerack & other internet boards, it appears that many other Goodyear F1 A/S tire owners have the same problems. Goodyear's quality control appears to be not high as Michelin or Bridgestone.

(back to main topic) I requested to be road-force balanced instead of just regular spinning balancing, but they kept assured me that tires were balanced out fine without using road force. If I really wanted to, I have to pay like $20 each!!

To eliminate the other possible sources, I let dealer checked out for any suspension damage and found none (never had an accident nor hitting a pothole). I also got alignment done at GTE and Jeff mentioned that suspension appears to be normal. I went back (DT @ Chamblee) recently to get tire rotation & another rebalance, and this doesn't seemed to be helpful as well. Only cause left that's causing vibration is my Goodyear tires.

I remember one of our member here works at Discount tire @ Steve reynold, but I cannot recall his contact info. OR if any of you guys have good contact with tire shops, please let me know. I guess I have to claim warranty replacement just like other Goodyear F1 A/S tire owners.

Gran Turismo East... that's all that needs to be said! Just call and ask for Kieran, I'd imagine if you ask him he'd look into this for you. I'm sure he knows the local goodyear rep.
