Currently, i'm driving on JDM STi Pink springs with STi v8 struts. I LOVE how it handles, but I do get complained from people who ride with me (mostly ladies and old folks). So i have to compromise little more with ride quality without sacrificing handling too much. I heard good things about prodrive springs on stock wrx struts. any feedback from local???

If you decide to go a different route with your suspension, you will already have a buyer here.....

I have the Prodrives on my stock struts and love it, ride quality feels about the same as stock suspension, but handling is a much better. Definitely a good upgrade on the WRX. If you wanna go for a ride sometime let me know.

I liked the ride of the prodrive springs when they were on mere's 04 wrx. They really improved the handling.

since i have sti struts and JDM pinks (stiffer than prodrive), will there be big handling downfall?? I wish that my ladies understand the word "Performance" and quit complaining about why $25K car rides worse than school bus. lol~

If makes you feel any better brian was complaining that my STi rode too rough this morning! MEN! I loved my prodrives! Best $300 i spent on my rex. Good ride but no compromise on handling. They are currently in Jason's car. But if you do plan on parting with your pinks, i'll most likely take them off your hands.

I just received my prodrive springs. Hmm... They feel like they are even SOFTER than stock STi. Damn... Hopefully i won't lose too much performance by down-grading from JDM Pinks

You wont lose performance, I'm almost 100% sure of that. STis may be linear while prodrive's could be progressive. I cant remember for the life of me right now.

just to clarify, currently i have 2004 WRX with USDM v8 STi struts with JDM Pink springs which suppose to lower about 1.2-1.5" from stock WRX height.

seems like prodrive will give me little more drop. BTW, i have 225/45/17 where radon you had 215/45/17. Maybe that's why it seems like your sidewall looks shorter. We will see!! installation will be tomorrow. Hopefully everything will go smoothly.
